Terms Before the Event

No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If Mighty Dub Fest is cancelled, all tickets will be valid for a rescheduled future date.

Ticket Security

Tickets must be kept safe and secure.
Each ticket can only be scanned once — only the first valid scan will gain entry. Duplicate tickets will be rejected.

Terms During the Event

Wristbands

• Wristbands must be worn at all times to access the festival site. No entry will be permitted without a valid wristband.
  
  

• By wearing a wristband, attendees accept full responsibility.
  
  

• Mighty Dub Fest is not liable for any damage, injury, or irritation caused by wearing a wristband.
  
  

• Attendees apply wristbands at their own free will.
  
  

Pets

Due to livestock in neighbouring fields, dogs must be kept under control at all times and on a lead when required.

Age Restrictions

• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.
  
  

• Challenge 25 is in operation — please bring valid ID.
  
  

• This is a family festival. We do not permit entry to unaccompanied groups of underage individuals.
  
  

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at the gate.
  
  

Prohibited Items

Mighty Dub Fest is a strictly NO GLASS event. Any glass items will be confiscated.

Alcohol Policy

• Day visitors are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the site.
  
  

• Campers may bring a maximum of one drink (can or bottle) upon initial entry. No additional alcohol is permitted.
  
  

Camping Rules

• Family Camping: No noise after 11 PM
  
  

• Main Camping: No noise after midnight
  
  

• No open fires allowed anywhere on-site
  
  

• No vehicle movement allowed after 9 PM
  
  

Litter and Recycling

• Please dispose of all litter in the bins provided.
  
  

• Each attendee is responsible for taking their own recycling home with them.
  
  

Departure

• All attendees must leave the site by 5 PM on Sunday.
  
  

• Any personal belongings left behind will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the organisers.
  
  

General Safety and Enjoyment

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Anyone found violating these terms will be ejected from the site without refund.

Event Price Breakdown

Mighty Dub Fest is a VW-themed music and lifestyle festival, where music is just one part of the experience.

• Less than one-third of the overall event is music-related.
  
  

• Each ticket includes two components:
  
  

  • Music element (e.g. live performances)
    
    

  • Non-music element (e.g. exhibits, activities, vehicle displays)
    
    

Example:

• Adult Weekend Ticket: £14.67 covers the music portion; the remaining balance covers non-music activities and infrastructure.
